ConnectWorth was born from a simple belief. When people feel connected to their work, to each other, and to a shared purpose, organizations perform at their highest potential.
Before ConnectWorth existed, our CEO had spent years inside a Fortune 200 company leading people, shaping culture, and advising teams across the business. Through coaching leaders, designing organizational strategies, and helping Business Resource Groups evolve, she uncovered a crucial truth: companies don’t struggle because they lack strategy — they struggle when their strategy isn’t connected to their people.
That insight became the foundation of ConnectWorth. Each member of our founding team brought their own expertise in leadership, culture, strategy, marketing, talent development, and organizational transformation.
Together, we united around a shared belief: when strategy, brand, and people are aligned, organizations unlock performance, trust, and growth that can’t be achieved any other way.
As co-founders, we built ConnectWorth to close this gap — to help organizations grow from the inside out by ensuring their vision is supported by the people, systems, and culture that bring it to life.
